Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the incorrect item so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Not satisfied with your Clear Living product?
We can hardly imagine it, but okay. Of course you can return products if you prefer not to buy them. Below you can read how you can return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

  • We have a 30-day return period.
  • Before sending your return, please report it to Clear Living. We will not credit returns that are not reported.
  • Returns can be registered by email to support@myclearliving.com
  • The costs of the return shipment are for you.
  • You can send returns to: Clear Living Returns, Luchthavenweg 10, 5657EB, Eindhoven
  • We will refund the order amount due to the account you used to make the payment within 7 days of receiving the returned items.
  • If you return the entire order, you will be credited the full order amount. If you return part of the order, you will be credited the amount of the returned item.

Clear Living reserves the right to credit only a portion of the amount if there is reason to suspect that the products have already been used or have been damaged upon receipt.
